If you require assisance use the Support desk E-mail address to submit a ticket. Submitting an E-mail will report the request for technical assistance to the support desk and they will address the problem as quickly as possible.

Use e-mail to get technical assistance. During business hours, our staff constantly monitors the mailbox and will quickly reply to your request. E-mails sent after business hours will be addressed the next business day.

For immediate phone assistance call (762) 218-2660 (DSN 780 791-2447). Our staff has been trained in all aspects of technology used by LWN to provide you with quick answers to your technology questions. During normal business hours, our staff can provide immediate phone support. If you are calling after hours, you may leave a voicemail message and someone will call you back during business hours.
